PhD student Hao Jing from the TRANS Group at South China University of Technology, supervised by Prof. Shiqi (Shawn) Ou, has been selected for the 2026 Young Science and Technology Talent Development Program for Doctoral Students organized by the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST). His research focuses on AI-enabled battery management system. He has published multiple first-author papers in leading international journals, including Advanced Energy Materials and Journal of Energy Chemistry, and received the National First Prize in the 2026 China Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition. This recognition highlights the TRANS Group’s continued commitment to scientific innovation and the development of outstanding young researchers.
