On November 3, 2025, a delegation from Saudi Aramco visited the TRANS Research Group at the School of Future Technology, South China University of Technology, where both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on transportation energy strategy analysis, energy transition, and the battery supply chain. The delegation included Mr. Daniel J. De Castro Gomez, Lead Economist and Strategist of Aramco Technology Outlook and Strategy Department, Dr. Xin He from Aramco Americas, and Dr. Xingyu Xue from Aramco Asia.
