This study addresses key challenges in battery safety for applications such as electric vehicles and energy storage systems. From a multi\u2011level perspective encompassing mechanisms, materials, systems, and intelligence, this study synthesizes an integrated technical framework that incorporates artificial intelligence for next\u2011generation, high\u2011safety battery systems.
